Remember when Suge Knight allegedly knocked down, run over and killed a man called Terry Carter? He was jailed for it and still awaits trial in the pen now. Dangerous driving, it was. That’s a weird enough story – especially knowing what we already do about the man. But weirder still? Dr Dre and Ice Cube were charged with Wrongful Death too. For no real discernible reason.

They’ve now been fully acquitted of the charge, after being named defendants not long after Knight’s alleged crime. The news is a great relief to the pair, their friends and families and, of course, their fans. Plus, now Dre’s like a damn billionaire businessman now due to Beats, a few shareholders will be pleased!

This is just the wrongful death side of the hit and run. Knight also faces charges of murder over the incident…
