Kim Kardashian Trying To Cash In More By Suing Sites For Fake Jewelry Heist Claims

The website MediaTakeOut and its founder and creator Fred Mwangaguhunga are facing some pretty heavy duty legal action over their claims about Kim Kardashian faking her recent robbery. Along with some other websites, MediaTakeOut have claimed that the Paris heist was a fabrication. Kanye West‘s wife isn’t happy about the allegations and has begun the suing process.

According to some freshly-leaked court documents filed by her people, the posts referred to Kardashian as ‘a thief and liar’ and were published online ‘without any factual support whatsoever, that Kardashian faked the robbery, lied about the violent assault, and then filed a fraudulent claim with her insurance company to bilk her carrier out of millions of dollars. The malicious publication of the articles, which paint the victim of a serious crime as a criminal herself, is libelous.’

Kim K and her legal team asked Mwangaguhunga to take down the offending articles and publicly apologized, but by all accounts the man refused.

If she goes at the case full pelt and invest money into lawyers’ fees, she could ruin the website. Here’s a little more information on the story…
