Two women have been charged with child s*x offences after luring a fifteen year old boy back to a property with the promise of pizza, before having s*x with him. Tonia Simms, 37, and Melissa Weaver, 26, are charged with statutory s*xual assault, involuntary deviant s*xual intercourse, corruption of minors and indecent assault, for allegedly plying the child with alcohol and forcing him to have s*x with both of them.
The offence took place at Simms’ address in Holiday Acres housing complex in Derry Township, Pennsylvania on July 8th of this year. According to an affidavit, Weaver turned up at the property with the fifteen year old, and the three ate pizza and drank alcohol.
After putting her children to bed, Simms invited the pair into her bedroom, where the group undressed, before engaging in se*xual activity.

‘After they were all naked, the child victim said that Melissa looked at him and said, “What, you’ve never had a threesome before?”’ State Trooper John Zalich wrote in the affidavit.
Just a few days later, the child reported the incident to the police. He allegedly showed officers text messages where Simms had discussed his age. The pair were arrested, and immediately confessed to the incident. In fact, Simms revealed that she had slept with the child more than once.
“Tonia said that it started out as innocent flirting and turned into a big mistake because they all had a moment of weakness,” Zalich said in the affidavit.

Weaver has been released on a $10k bail. Simms remains in prison, with bail set at $20k. The pair are due in court on November 16th for plea hearings.
