November 8th 2016 will always go down as a momentous day in American history. A huge vote pulled out one of the biggest shocks in political history. Donald Trump will become the 45th President of the United States of America. Unbelievable, huh? But that’s not all that got voted in… We also got WEED.

Well, a few states got it legalized, anyway. Oregon, Washington, Alaska, Colorado and Washington, D.C already had cannabis as legal to smoke. Now we can add Nevada, Massachusetts and California to that list. So anyone in those states who’s upset by Trump getting into the Oval Office – they can console themselves with a cop-free blunt.

Smokers will have to be over 21 to use, buy, own or grow the stuff and then only ever have up to a ten ounces per-person at home at any one time. The state would tax (probably around 15%) and regulate the sale of any marijuana product.
